Useless (IPhone 4, latest version available)

Due to one problem, I
basically cant do anything with this app, its also a serious issue in general, I dont know why google is so goddamn tacky
about signing in or out or switching google+ pages or google accounts, Ive spent over what feels like an hour trying to figure it out. No results.
