Good but problematic

Hello, I personally love G+ but I have a little problem. When I send a request to join some communities my request is not delievered, although I have been waiting for a few days. Also in one community, my request was accepted and I could post things in it. And then suddenly I couldnt post, comment and write anything. I hope these are just gliches and I hope they will be fixed asap. Thx, best regards
