Love my new wheels
I have just purchased my 6th vehicle from GreatWest Chrysler. As my last car was deemed a total loss I had to find the perfect fit without having to test drive for weeks. Andy Savoury asked me a few questions to determine what I prefer to drive. He immediately took me to see the car he thought would best suit my preferences.
It took only a short test drive for me to decide that Andy was correct the first time. This is the Chrysler 200 I took possession of yesterday.
Andy took me on a walk around to explain all the features and new technology put into my new wheels. He then sat in the passenger seat and went through all the technology inside including setting up the multimedia options to my personal preferences. Andy was available at anytime I chose to drop in to the dealership and ensured my car was put in the shop for its mechanical inspection, the complete vehicle protection package was applied immediately and the car was given to me as clean as clean can get and smelling like it just came out of the factory.
Andy made my purchase as easy as possible and coordinated the other departments i needed To visit all without waiting time. Thank you Andy.
I do not have the same opinion about the lame promotion I was forced to have to listen to prior to doing business with Andy. I was taken to a table at the front door and sat across from John. An overpaid, probably corporate affiliated talker. I had heard his ‘preferred customer promo before. It did nothing for me the last time I bought at GWC and it was a repeat. I left his ‘booth’ feeling like I was being conned. It is no promo just a scam and lip service. Maybe I was wrong, it is the perfect job for John.
I also learned that I have a smart phone and should record the conversation I have with the financial department. The contract is more forused on selling extended warranty than explaining the costs and financing clearly. It is a lot of information to take in at once and there were some things about the financing that I do not believe were not explained precisely or I did not understand. I would have preferred to be able to listen to the words exchanged again if I had recorded the session,
Thank you to Andy for your expertise. Your not the typical car salesman - you know your products very well and clearly know your job answering any questions I asked. You treated me like I was more than just someone looking to buy a car. It was you that make my new car purchase a pleasant experience.
